About this website

This website introduces Luxe Retreat’s services and provides ways to contact the practice or access its booking provider. This notice describes the website only; it is not a Notice of Privacy Practices for clinical care.

Your information

When you send an appointment request or a free consultation request, we collect your name, phone, email, general location, the service you chose and your preferred contact time. This goes to Luxe Retreat by email and is kept in a private record so the practice can follow up with you. These forms do not ask for health information; please do not include any. Opening an email, telephone, or WhatsApp link uses the service you choose.

Booking and patient information

After you send a request, the practice sends you a link to the separate Jane booking portal, where your appointment is completed. Review the privacy information and terms displayed there before creating an account or providing information. Please use the patient portal or a direct conversation with your provider for health information.

Cookies and website tools

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Third-party sites have their own practices.
